Mani Rai
Women’s Health Physiotherapist
Meet Mani our dedicated Women’s Health Physiotherapist with over 21 years of experience in women’s health physiotherapy, Pilates and acupuncture. She has worked for over 10 years in public health in UK before moving to Australia in 2015.
Her skills, honed over decades, help women enjoy their pregnancy and address pelvic or back pain issues.
Mani also specialises in scar management, particularly for postnatal C-section scars.
Using tailored exercises and pelvic floor training, we enhance strength, flexibility, and relaxation to support smoother births, faster recovery, and lifelong pelvic health — nurturing both mother and baby through every stage.

Dr Kavita Bhola
Neonatologist and Paediatrician
Dr Kavita Bhola is a Neonatologist and Paediatrician who undertook her training at Canberra Hospital, Sydney Children’s Hospital, Royal Hospital for Women and the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
She is a consultant at Blacktown Hospital and holds visiting medical officer positions at Westmead Private Hospital and Prince of Wales Private Hospital.
We refer our patients to Dr Bhola for her expertise in looking after babies in the newborn period extending to the early formative school going years. Patients find her calm and kind approach very reassuring.

Pregnancy and birthing classes at our practice: Our antenatal, birthing, and parenting classes are designed to empower expectant parents with knowledge, confidence, and calm. We have partnered with Sarah Tooke childbirth and parenting education, one of Sydney’s highly regarded antenatal education providers. Their team of highly experienced midwives provide tailored sessions which cover everything from labour preparation and pain management to newborn care and breastfeeding. In a supportive, nonfriendly environment, you’ll learn practical skills, share experiences, and feel ready to embrace parenthood with confidence and joy.
